Ground Floor

Larguita is an intriguing and charming house with original features and decor.  On the ground floor, there are 2 sitting rooms joined by a modern kitchen that links both ends of the house.   The staircases are original and consequently, they are steep and may be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.  The external courtyard has large double doors that lead to the garden and huerto of Casa Larga should the 2 properties be rented as one unit.

First Floor

Larguita retains the original layout with the 2 main bedrooms each having their own staircases and shower rooms.  The front bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king-size bed or left as 2 singles.  The shower room on the landing is shared with the children’s bedroom opposite.  The master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and garden is accessed by a  separate staircase and has a king-sized double bed.  This bedroom has its own shower room and access to a small, private, outside terrace with views of the orange orchards and the mountains.
